This article is to share with you how to design the size of the heavy-duty cross beam shelf, so as to solve the most basic problems for the cross beam shelf.
(1) According to the above information, first of all, the length of the beam required for the shelf will be calculated according to the size of the tray. The length of the two trays plus the gap between the tray and the tray and between the tray and the shelf column. Our standard is usually 100, that is 1200 * 2 + 300 = 2700, and the calculated 2700 is the size of the shelf;
(2) According to the calculated length of the beam, the material required for the shelf is calculated for each load-bearing layer, i.e. 120 holding beams;
(3) The height of the goods is 1100, and a safe distance of 150 (safe fork distance) should be left between each layer of crossbeam and the goods, i.e. 1250 * 3, while the top layer of goods is usually 500. According to this, it can be calculated that the shelf height is 1250 * 3 + 120 (crossbeam material height) * 3 + 500 = 4610, and the column is usually 75 hole distance, because the column height is 4800h
(4) The depth direction of the pallet is 1000, and we usually reduce 100 in the design, so as to facilitate the normal placement of goods on the shelf; above, we can calculate the size of the heavy beam shelf: 2700l * 900D * 4800h.
